Developing a Comprehensive Business Monitoring Software in Record Time

In late 2023, we partnered with DreamSpace LLC, a Norway-based business, to create a custom software solution that could monitor and store essential business metrics such as sales data, lead tracking, and impression rates. The goal was to streamline their internal processes by integrating the software with their CRM and ERP systems.

The project was successfully completed in just 10 days, and the client was thoroughly satisfied with the result. Here’s how we delivered on their requirements and built a solution to support their business growth.

The Challenge: A Streamlined, Data-Driven Software Solution

DreamSpace LLC needed a reliable software to track and manage their business metrics in real-time. This included:

Our Approach: Leveraging Multi-Language Development on Odoo

Given the complexity of the project and the tight timeline, we opted to build the software primarily on Odoo, a powerful platform for business applications. This allowed us to seamlessly integrate both CRM and ERP functionalities while ensuring the software was scalable and easy to use.

We used a combination of programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++, to create a robust system that could handle DreamSpace’s varied needs. The multi-language approach ensured flexibility in developing different modules and features.

Throughout the project, we provided updates every two days, ensuring the client was always in the loop and could provide feedback during the development process.

Free Post-Launch Support (Though Not Required)

In line with our commitment to client satisfaction, we offered 2-3 months of free post-launch support for DreamSpace LLC. This includes bug fixes, updates, and troubleshooting as needed. However, the client was fully satisfied with the software upon delivery and did not require any additional support.

Project Outcome: Delivered in 10 Days with Full Client Satisfaction

Despite the tight deadline and complex requirements, we completed the project in 10 days, providing a fully functional, data-driven software solution. The software helped DreamSpace LLC centralize their business monitoring processes, improving efficiency and productivity.

The client was pleased with the end result and the seamless integration with their existing systems. They didn’t request any additional revisions, and the software performed as expected right from the initial launch.
